Anne Schaller, LCSW – I have been working in the mental health field for twenty years providing individual therapy to adolescents and adults.  Therapeutic techniques I primarily use are cognitive behavioral therapy, brief/solution focused therapy and mindfulness techniques in order to help clients make changes in their lives. Clients can expect to find a trusting, warm and non-judgmental atmosphere in our sessions. I believe that everyone has the ability to make changes in their lives, and that the therapeutic relationship can be the catalyst to that change.

Joan Morgan, LCSW – I have over forty years experience in providing services.  My approach is empathetic and supportive in helping clients to identify themes and patterns in behavior, thoughts, and feelings.  With counseling, clients will come to understand, problem-solve, and increase insight, resulting in positive change and a sense of well-being.  I truly enjoy what I do, and look forward to meeting new clients.
