Anne Schaller, LCSW – I have been working in the mental health field for twenty years providing individual therapy to adolescents and adults. Therapeutic techniques I primarily use are cognitive behavioral therapy, brief/solution focused therapy and mindfulness techniques in order to help clients make changes in their lives. Clients can expect to find a trusting, warm and non-judgmental atmosphere in our sessions. I believe that everyone has the ability to make changes in their lives, and that the therapeutic relationship can be the catalyst to that change.
Joan Morgan, LCSW – I have over forty years experience in providing services. My approach is empathetic and supportive in helping clients to identify themes and patterns in behavior, thoughts, and feelings. With counseling, clients will come to understand, problem-solve, and increase insight, resulting in positive change and a sense of well-being. I truly enjoy what I do, and look forward to meeting new clients.
Dorothy Deihl, LCSW – Twenty plus years of working on an inpatient behavioral health unit, combined with a variety of life experiences, has led me to understand that we are all on a mental health continuum. Some days are harder than others. Sometimes we need to be able to talk with someone in a nonjudgmental and safe environment. I believe I can provide that safety and together we can improve the quality of life’s journey.
Magehn Newell – Magehn has been working in the mental health field since 2011, beginning as a Therapeutic Support Staff before earning her Master’s in Social Work in 2016. Magehn is a trauma-certified therapist and a certified sex offender treatment provider, with extensive training in working with individuals and families impacted by Autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, personality disorders, and other behavioral and mental health concerns. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TFCBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques. These approaches allow her to help clients build on their strengths, develop effective coping strategies, and make meaningful changes in their lives. Clients can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental atmosphere in their sessions with Magehn, who believes that everyone has the ability to grow and heal, and that the therapeutic relationship itself can be the foundation for lasting change.
