Anne Schaller, LCSW – I have been working in the mental health field for twenty years providing individual therapy to adolescents and adults. Therapeutic techniques I primarily use are cognitive behavioral therapy, brief/solution focused therapy and mindfulness techniques in order to help clients make changes in their lives. Clients can expect to find a trusting, warm and non-judgmental atmosphere in our sessions. I believe that everyone has the ability to make changes in their lives, and that the therapeutic relationship can be the catalyst to that change.
